Basic provisions for two ingredient cocktails i.e. rum, whiskey, bourbon, vodka, etc. with carbonated beverage of choice

 

*Important Note regarding the purchase of alcohol:
Timeless Tavers operates as a "Dry Hire" only. In keeping with Florida regulations, timeless taverns does not supply alcohol.  As the host, you will purchase all alcoholic beverages, and we take care of the service with our certified and insured bartenders, *This will keep your beverage costs down due to no mark-ups.

Add-Ons & Additional Costs:

 

Additional signature drink: $3 per guest (based on number of invited guests)

Personalized Photo Booth: $650

Additional Bartenders: $50 per bartender/per hour (required for >150 guests)

Extended Service Time: $200 per additional hour (for >4 hours)

Extra Mileage: $2 per mile (>40 miles from 33569)

Setup & Breakdown Requirements:

• 1-2 hours before and 1 hour after the event for setup and takedown.

 

Location Requirements:

• A designated flat, level surface to park the mobile bar (indoor or outdoor).
• Parking space for 1-2 vehicles.

 

Holiday Pricing:
Additional charges apply for major holidays (e.g., New Year’s Eve, 4th of July, Thanksgiving).
